I am inspired by the beauty and resilience of nature—it is at the heart of why I named this service Greenseeds. I believe that the greatest things grow from the smallest seeds, and that like nature, we have an inherent ability to regenerate and return stronger, provided we have the right conditions in which to thrive. My own life experiences have taught me the deep importance of feeling validated in our challenges.
I qualified in Counselling and Therapeutic Practice at the University of South Wales in 2020. As a BACP Accredited counsellor, I work within professional ethical guidelines, ensuring a safe and reliable space for our work together.
I continue build on my knowledge through training and personal research. My current interests are Neuroscience, Neurodivergence, how counselling supports carers and the holistic nature of mental health.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me out in the woods or by the sea with my dog, observing the changing seasons. When I am at home you can find me "potching" in the garden, getting lost in a good book, or catching up on a Netflix series.
'Jessica has been a huge help in working through larger issues and day to day events that cause stress. She is empathetic and kind but also direct in her wording which is so comforting.'
