Counselling starts with you.
I am genuinely passionate about my work and every person I meet. I meet people where they are in their experience and accepting them entirely in that moment is the most fundamental part of my work. It has been my own experience that the most growth occurs when you feel genuine empathy from the person listening - an experience that I want to share with you.
I will support you in your journey using carefully selected methods from a variety of counselling models and evidence-based approaches. I will go at your pace. I will support you to find your own path and your own way of navigating the reason you came to counselling. Sometimes this might look quite planned and practical and other times it might just flow without specific intention. It will depend on why you have come and how you would like your sessions to go.
Dedicated time for you, in a compassionate non judgemental space to explore and find clarity in what you are bringing to counseling.
Support that respects your unique brain. Whether you are seeking a late-discovery identity, managing burnout or just life in general.
A steady presence for when the world has changed. I offer a space to honour your grief without pressure or timelines.
How it works
We'll arrange a 15minute discovery call
We'll meet weekly or fortnightly in an agreed space
Together we will find the right way for you to navigate what is bothering you with compassion and care.
'She created such a safe space for me to express and open up about everything going on including my issues and worries.'
